Shipping policy

For a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience, DragonWear offers door-to-door delivery services to more than 200 countries around the world.

​

To ensure fast worldwide shipping, DragonWear uses reliable partners: Pošta Slovenije, DPD, DHL, and GLS.  

​

You should expect your delivery between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. We try to dispatch all shipments within 48 hours, if the product ordered is available in stock.

​

Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

​

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to stay up-to-date on your shipment. You can also track the progress of your package by logging into your account.

​

During Holidays and sales period, deliveries may take 2 – 5 business days longer than usual.

Please note that for international deliveries, the price might include taxes, such as custom fees that fall under the responsibility of the Client.

The Client must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit, while he/she/they has to bear also the cost of the return shipping, alongside all the associated costs, worth of 5 EUR.

 

From time to time, DragonWear runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at Checkout. In order to be the first one informed about such news, simply join our family and subscribe to our newsletter. If you decide to return an item that you acquired during such a promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

​

All orders within Slovenia are shipped through Pošta Slovenije and arrive within 24 – 48 hours days upon shipment. The cost of domestic shipping is 4,5 EUR / shipment.

 

For all orders equal or above 60 EUR the shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

​

EU & UK

All our international orders are shipped through our partners DHL, DPD and GLS. They should arrive within 1 – 5 business days (DHL) or 2 – 9 business days (DPD or GLS) upon shipment, depending on the Customs protocol of the country the shipment is entering and the method of delivery selected.

​

Using the standard route (by road), via DPD or GLS, the following 24 countries are eligible for shipping: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

 

The delivery time varies between 2 – 9 business days. The cost of delivery to the above mentioned countries is 9.9 EUR / shipment.

For European Union, United Kingdom : Orders equal or above 100 EUR the shipping is FREE OF CHARGE

​

EUROPE (non - EU)

​

For Europe (non-eu) the delivery time varies from 4 - 14 business days.

The cost of delivery  is 12.0 EUR / shipment.

​

For orders equal or above 150 EUR the shipping is FREE OF CHARGE

​

USA, CANADA & MEXICO

​

For North America (USA, Canada & Mexico) the delivery time varies from 9 - 28 business days.

The cost of delivery for North America is 15.0 EUR / shipment.

​

For orders equal or above 150 EUR the shipping is FREE OF CHARGE

 

REST OF THE WORLD

​

For Rest of the World the delivery time varies from 9 - 30+ business days, depending on the country of destination. The cost of delivery for the Rest of the World is 17.0 EUR / shipment.

 

For orders equal or above 300 EUR the shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.

Returns & refund policy

We are here to ensure you are totally jubilant with your order. If you aren’t in high spirits with your purchase, please write to us at team@dragon-cannabis.com and let us know about it. We will follow up with a confirmation e-mail within 5 working days. Patience is a virtue.

​

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

(1) shipped after the 14-days grace period – Punctuality is the politeness of kings.

(2) worn 

(3) washed

(4) altered

(5) damaged in any way 

​

The products must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. 

If the return solicitation is approved by our team, the refund will be processed up to 10 working days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. For a wire transfer, please write us your bank details. 

​

At DragonWear we accept Returns within 14-Days period for Standard Size products only! The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit, while he/she/they has to bear also the cost of the return shipping, alongside all the associated costs, worth of 5 EUR.

Custom made orders, meaning items that were altered, tailored, adjusted or customized at client’s request are not eligible for a return.

DragonWear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. DragonWear does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

DragonWear has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy, so please be kind with our pieces. Be kind to yourself.
